Glow Luxe is committed to helping clients achieve their skin care goals, and we offer a complimentary consultation to better understand each individuals skin care needs. Please arrive a few minutes early for your consultation to allow time for the appropriate forms to be completed.
Scheduling + Booking
Appointment are preferred, and almost always necessary. Most treatments will be booked well in advance to ensure availability. We reserve the right to request deposit for treatments reserved in advance.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next clients session can begin on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible, however, with some treatments it may be necessary to reschedule.
We do not offer refunds on treatments or treatment package purchases under most circumstances. We will refund products in unopened, retail ready condition.
Your Glow Luxe appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance so we may fill your spot from our waiting list.
If less than 48 hours notice is received, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the value of the missed session.
We do provide reminder phone calls the day prior to your appointment to stay top of mind. A "no show" will be considered a lost appointment, and fully charged to your account. Should you cancel upon receiving your reminder we may consider your appointment a "no show" due to lack of notice.
